1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AllAi1, a digital platform that compares and recommends AI tools and related software.

By using AllAi1, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account registration

To register, only an email address is required. Providing additional profile data is optional.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• all activity performed under your account

• resell or sublicense access to the platform

4. User profile content

Optional profile data, including images or avatars, must:

• respect third-party intellectual property rights
• not contain illegal or harmful content

You retain rights over your profile image.

You grant AllAi1 a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform for account and identification purposes.

5. Intellectual property

AllAi1, its name, logos, interface, design and content are owned by the platform owner or used under license.

Copying, redistribution or commercial exploitation without authorization is prohibited.

6. Service availability and modifications

AllAi1 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may:

• modify functionalities
• interrupt the service temporarily
• discontinue the service

without prior notice when necessary.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AllAi1 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• the platform outputs and AI recommendations are informational only
• you remain solely responsible for decisions made based on the content provided

We are not liable for loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.

8. Account cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time.

Upon cancellation you may request deletion of your personal data as provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

The courts of the domicile of the platform owner shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
